Aspira Convocation Day 2019

To felicitate the students who had successfully and brilliantly completed our UI/UX design course and to award them with their hard-earned certificates, we put together a convocation ceremony that was held at Hotel Durga Park. It was an evening of celebration and commemoration of knowledge and hard work. Here is a list of our students who were awarded certificates on the successful completion of both the course and a case study formulated with the knowledge gleaned through the duration of the course:

Name : Dhiksha
Case Study : Design Dock – Job portal for designers and freelancers
Dhiksha decided put all her newly gained knowledge to use by designing an application to help job seekers find and land the best jobs, projects and collaborations out there. Aptly naming it the Design Dock, she strived to create a smooth sailing User Experience and did a thorough user research analysis.

Name : Sidhdharthan
Case Study : Smarteefy – IoT based home automation app
Sidhdharthan’s case study was an application named SMARTeefy that was designed to bring a smart, iot based solution to reduce energy consumption at homes, a much needed one in this economy. He proposed his UI/UX after extensive user research and developing incredibly detailed prototypes and highlighting the information flow.

Name : Dhruva
Case Study : Tripcomfy – Personal tour planner web portal
Dhruva’s case study was a suave and cool travel customization application, named Tripcomfy. The application was designed to be engaging and easy to navigate. The wireframes were highly detailed. His bold colour themes made UI especially eye popping and appealing.

Name : Veena
Case Study : Smartee – An energy monitoring app for homes
Veena pulled all her genius into designing an application called SMARTEE, which provided an iot based solution to monitor a home’s energy consumption. The idea was to identify which appliance used up the most and tackle the overuse. Attention was paid to even the smallest of UI elements making the application look smooth and flawless.
